A Knight of Another Season

Hey there people of today and robots of tomorrow!

For this week's Weekly Adveture, Randolf and Zed challenged the members of AdventuresofCK to draw or write about Christmas in July. So far the popular topic seems to be Holiday Heroes because both princessofDisney27 and AnimatedTigerGirl have drawn their Holiday Heroes with a Summer twist to their costumes. While it was my idea to draw that first, they did a much better job than I did. I don't really expect to out do them here with this pic, but never the less, I'm posting this anyway. I've had people tell me recently I'm fairly good at coloring by hand so I just decided to post this pic without a digital paintjob. Enjoy!

Unlike Clara of the Bells who has tailors to make her clothes or Winter Wonderland who can just create her clothes out of frost, I am a mortal on a budget. So when Jacqueline Frost manipulates the Sand Man into attacking a Christmas in July celebration I have to make my costume quickly. Luckily there's a Steampunk convention going on nearby and the Hallmark's stores are already selling Christmas stuff. Thanks to Angelicia giving me my staff I leap into action ready to fight the monster. Unfortunetly, the monster seems prepared to fight me. Where's back up when ya' need it?

By the way, I won't be making a NP1 pic for this Weekly Adventure. I know it sounds stupid given the WA is pretty much  about Randolf and Zed, but here are the two reasons why I won't be doing it: 1) I've already been asked to draw them for the next Suggestion BOOM, and 2) I already asked princessofDisney27 to draw a pic of that anyway.
