Jurassic Garfield Theatrical Poster

Have you guys been noticing I've been posting a lot of Disney and 4000 artwork? Yeah, it's true. So, I thought I'd spice it up a bit and post some other type of art with a characater I haven't drawn in a while.

In my last Jurassic Garfield poster, you saw Garfield and Odie holding down the door against the raptors. But that was one of Jurassic Park's stars. I knew I had to do something with T-Rex. And in my original draft of the Teaser Poster of JG, I drew Odie and Garfield in a jeep driving through the gate followed by the T-Rex, raptors, dilaposaurus, and bracheosaurus. I really liked that pic, but I didn't like how I drew it. I really sucked at drawing the T-Rex's head from the front angle. So, I scraped the idea.

But that idea bubbled back when I drew this. As you can tell it's towned down a bit, but we've still got that iconic gate and T-Rex.

Now, I hope you notice the contrast I put in this. While the T-Rex, gate, and even background are texured and detailed, Garfield and Odie are not. That's to show how different th two things are.
